- 1 cup soy milk
- juice 1 clementine
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
Once you have all these, you may now preheat your oven to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F. Then mix all the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking powder, salt fruit and nuts like the chopped almonds) in a large bowl. Then in a small bowl mix all the Clementine juice, oil and soy milk, set it aside for a few minutes until it will curdle.
